Ka Na Chickpea Curry (Chole)
Serves 2
Step 1: Heat some oil or ghee in a pan and add a Jar of Ka Na
Step 2: Drain and rinse 1-2 tins of chickpeas and then add to the curry base.
Step 3: You can measure the amount of water with the empty can of
chickpeas just add enough to cover the chickpeas so about 1-1/2
cans.
Cook for 20 minutes or until the chickpeas are cooked, sprinkle 1/2
tsp of Ka Na Garam Masala, stir and serve with Basmati rice or
Naan
