This is where it all started from great grandmas to our grandmas to our mums passing on their knowledge of generations of recipes. The dads also had a 'part to play especially when it was a slow cooked lamb' curry with a bit of brandy to tenderise the meat!

We love our snacks in the Ka Na Household and Bombay Mix used to be my dads favourite so we have come up with a recipe that is healthier than your average shop bought packet. By slow roasting our nuts and coating them with flavours of India you get that unmistakable taste guilt free!
