Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled and refunded if they haven't already been processed at our warehouse. Please email us at kanahomecooked@gmail.com or call us on 07943809536 if you wish to cancel your order and we will advise if we can do so, or if it is too late and the order has been processed.
Non-returnable Items
Food products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty/broken on delivery. Please check your delivery carefully on arrival to ensure all items arrived in good condition. If any items are incorrect or have been damaged in transit then please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, via email kanahomecooked@gmail.com or call 07943809536 and we will evaluate the issue and correct it asap for you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
