Simply add our mix to yogurt, marinate, and roast in the oven — or, even better, try it out on the BBQ for that smoky, authentic flavour. As small artisan producers of curry bases and Indian snacks, we craft our blend in small batches to ensure the perfect balance of spice and authenticity in every bite.

Ingredients
Ground Cumin, Coriander, Cardamom, Turmeric, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, salt, red colour powder
Directions: Marinade 2 chicken legs with 4 large crushed cloves of garlic, 2cm grated ginger and 3 chopped green chillies, ½ lemon and salt to taste for 1-2 hours. Add 2 tbsp of tandoori mix to 2 tbsp of yogurt, 2tbsp tomato puree, 1tsp mustard oil and mix well . Marinade over night and then cook on the bbq or oven. Finish with a squeeze of lemon and some chaat masala.

Non-returnable Items
Food products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty/broken on delivery. Please check your delivery carefully on arrival to ensure all items arrived in good condition. If any items are incorrect or have been damaged in transit then please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, via email kanahomecooked@gmail.com or call 07943809536 and we will evaluate the issue and correct it asap for you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
